Minnesota Lakers Girls Hockey
Minnesota Lakers Hockey helps develop ambitious hockey players to improve their game on and off the ice with high energy, high intensity and an uncommon passion for the game of hockey and life.
Our development model works on the person first, athlete second, and hockey player last.
Ages
We form teams at the following levels:
12U
10U
8U
When
Minnesota Lakers Hockey wants multi sport athletes. Our season works around spring and fall sports, and those sports always need to come first over offseason hockey. Multi sport athletes > hockey players.
With that, our Minnesota Lakers season begins with tryouts in August, then our training runs March through May, with tournaments through the summer.
Where
Once schedules are formed, we will release your on ice sessions via your team page calendar.
Practices
Teams practice March through May, 1-3 times per week, depending on the age and model.
Games
Teams will play in 3-4 tournaments between the months of March-August.
Jerseys
Jerseys and socks are included with your registration cost.
Extra Costs
Total cost varies depending on level.
